Cook’s Manufacturing Jewelers is a family-owned shop at 36 Public Square in Watertown. For over five decades, repair, restoration, and design have been done on the premises, with the owners in the shop.

Jewelry is repaired whether it was bought here or somewhere else. Bridal pieces, custom work, and appraisals for insurance and estate planning are handled in the store.

  1. Bridal

    Engagement rings, wedding bands, and loose diamonds, from traditional styles to a complete custom design. The shop specializes in lab-grown diamonds.

  2. Repair

    Ring sizing, chain repair, clasp replacement, prong repair, remounting, diamond and colored-stone replacement, platinum heads, and soldering rings together. Jewelry is repaired whether it was purchased here or not. Most repairs are finished in one to two days. Same-day sizing and repair are available — see the store for details. Same-day service is also offered by appointment.

    Complete custom jewelry, from your design or theirs, including CAD/CAM manufacturing.

  4. Mother’s jewelry

    Rings, pendants, and bracelets.

  5. Appraisals

    For insurance and estate planning.

  6. We buy gold

    Rings, chains, watches, pendants, and dental gold, plus platinum, silver, and large diamonds. Most items are paid in cash on the spot. Large diamonds and large quantities of metal may take two days to settle. Bring a valid photo ID. Pieces are bought at scrap pricing, for the weight of the metal. Large diamonds are sold on the wholesale market, and condition does not change the offer. Questions about price or whether something is real are answered in the shop, not by phone or email.
